Foundations to Sponsorship
In this module, you’ll learn all about the pre-pitching and research process, during which you’ll decide HOW to position your event to potential sponsors as well as how to make sure you’re reaching out to the right people. You’ll learn:
• How to build relationships effectively with potential sponsors BEFORE you even need them
• What sponsors want right now (not 15 years ago, before the internet existed!)
• How to position your event based on the sponsor that you’re talking to
Conducting Sponsorship Research
In this module, you’ll learn how to fully research and prioritize the EXACT sponsors you want to engage. We’ll answer questions like “but how do I deal if two energy bar companies want to sponsor?” and we’ll tackle advanced sponsorship research tactics. You’ll learn:
• How to identify the best sponsorship opportunities for your brand AND your event
• How to research, explore, prioritize and track sponsorship details to make your pitch EXTRA strong (and a guaranteed YES)
Creating a Solid Sponsorship Pitch
In this module, we’ll craft the pitch that will maximize your YES! potential by making sure you understand that sponsorship pitching IS a process and that you can definitely take steps to ensure that you’re following up in a way that is convenient, positive, and not overly sales-y.

On-Boarding New Sponsors
In this module, we’ll get your sponsors all squared away and comfy being on your website and even helping you sell tickets to your event. We’ll make sure that the sponsorship experience from their point of view is EXCELLENT, and that they never feel like you or your event is a disorganized mess.
• How to on-board sponsors in a way that doesn’t drop ANY balls
